How it works.

1. Pick the diagnostic.

Select the diagnostic(s) you want to start with. It should be the one that most closely aligns to your current business challenge or opportunity.

4. Get immediate results.

Individual reports are made available immediately upon completion. Team reports are available when the last person on the team completes their diagnostic.

2. Identify the team.

Send us the names and email addresses of the people you want to participate.

5. Debrief and decide.

We provide all you need to both share and eview the data with the team. We can faciltate that debrief session, you can use one of our partners or we can certify someone from your org to do it.

3. Take the diagnostic.

Your team receives a link by email and completes the diagnostics. It will take less than 20 minutes per person.

6. Track progress.

Rerun the diagnostics over time to capture the team's progress, return on investment to date and get clear on "what's next".

Diagnostics available now.

Don't see the one you need? We can build customized diagnostics that fit your specific business requirements.

Visual reporting that drives decision making.

Explore the readiness gaps across all characteristics that drive successful business outcomes. They're different for every diagnostic and the results are different for every team, (they will even change over time).

See how the team perceives "pressures" versus "readiness" so you can quickly and easily identify gaps. When the team's perceptions of readiness and pressures match up - that's usually a good thing. When they don't -it's great to know before challenges create negative impact.

The largest gaps fuel the important conversations that drive decision making - why the gaps? Do they matter? What do we want to do if anything) about it?

Simple dashboards quickly demonstrate the overall sense of the team - critical to alignment and getting ahead of challenges before they surface.

Isolating the most significant pressures helps the team to navigate what most has their attention. Equally, areas with low levels of pressure create opportunities for re-allocation of resources and investment.

Knowing the attitudinal range that individuals feel towards aspects of their work highligher where there is concensus and belief, and where more conversations will impact performance.
