Chief Revenue Officer

Tennyson Collins is a proven commercial leader with more than 20 years of success helping organizations grow through better leadership, stronger talent decisions, and scalable people strategies.

He has led enterprise and mid-market growth initiatives for organizations, including Talogy and Criteria Corp, where he partnered with CEOs, CHROs, private equity firms, and business leaders to solve high-value challenges tied to hiring, leadership development, succession, organizational effectiveness, and transformation.

At Reset, Tennyson is helping build the U.S. commercial engine to support companies navigating AI adoption, digital transformation, restructuring, and growth initiatives through diagnostics, readiness insights, and execution alignment.

David (DJ) Juristy

Chief Operating Officer

DJ spent more than two decades building and leading high-performing revenue organizations across Select International, PSI, and Talogy. He has worked closely with private equity investors and executive leadership teams to drive growth and operational alignment in post-acquisition environments, where speed, clarity, and execution discipline are critical. His experience includes helping integrate organizations, align go-to-market strategies, and implement performance frameworks that improve visibility, accountability, and results during periods of ownership transition and scale. At RESET, DJ is responsible for building and scaling the company’s commercial engine; translating readiness insights into a repeatable system that drives alignment, accelerates decision-making, and improves execution outcomes. His work focuses on partner activation, go-to-market strategy, and ensuring that RESET consistently delivers actionable results, not just data.

Dave Patrick

Chief Executive Officer

Dave has more than 35 years of experience in the HR Capital Management and tech space. He has been involved in multiple start-ups and spinoffs within his career, including stints with DDI, EY, Union Energy and - most recently - Insights Learning and Development - a global assessment and people development company where he was Exec. VP, Global Sales with revenue (130M USD) accountability across a team of circa 150 employees in sales, customer success, and sales/rev ops.
